Machine gray and ductile iron castings to print Work across a mix of equipment (CNC lathes, mills, and multi-axis machines from multiple OEMs) Perform setups, tool changes, offsets, and in-process checks Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and quality requirements Hold tight tolerances on parts that don’t forgive shortcuts Work closely with quality, engineering, and production to keep things moving The Work Environment This isn’t a sterile lab. Requirements

• We care more about how you think than where you’ve been.
• CNC machining experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn goes a long way
• Ability to read prints and use basic inspection tools
• Someone who takes pride in doing it right the first time

Nice To Haves

• Experience machining castings or iron is a plus, not a requirement
• If you’ve machined aluminum your whole career but want to learn iron… we’ll teach you.
• If you’ve worked with castings before… you’ll hit the ground faster.
