About The Position

If you’re a CNC machinist who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and building something new every day, this is not your typical production role. At AeroSpec, you won’t be running the same part over and over, you’ll be programming, setting up, and machining custom prototype and short-run components that go into advanced automated systems used across aerospace, medical, defense, and high-tech industries. AeroSpec is a leader in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of custom automated systems. Our machines power production for some of the world’s most advanced industries, combining robotics, precision motion control, machine vision, and laser integration. We’re ISO 9001 certified and support projects requiring CE, UL, and FDA validation, meaning the work you do here is high-impact, high-precision, and anything but ordinary. If you’re looking for a role where you can apply your skills, keep learning, and work on complex, one-of-a-kind builds, we’d love to talk.
