About The Position

Responsible for setting up and operating CNC machinery to produce precision tooling components. Ensures proper tooling, programming, and machining practices are followed to achieve quality and efficiency. Supports foundry tooling and patternmaking operations through machining expertise.

Requirements

• 10 years CNC machining experience.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Commitment to quality and precision work.
• Strong teamwork, organizational, and planning abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

Nice To Haves

• Horizontal 4-axis and 5-axis machining experience preferred.
• Experience with Mazatrol, Fanuc, and Hiedenhiem controls.
• Mastercam programming experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine set-ups independently, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Set up and manage tooling for machining operations.
• Run and monitor multiple machines as needed.
• Operate micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools to verify accuracy.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure production quality and timelines.
