Requirements

  • Mechanical aptitude and the interest and ability to work with your hands and industrial equipment. (We’re willing to train the right candidate!)
  • Ability to solve problems using logical reasoning.
  • Appropriate mathematical skills.
  • Maintain an organized & safe environment.
  • Detail oriented and precision work focused
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide appropriate documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility as required by applicable law.
  • Must qualify as a “U.S.” Persons as defined in 22 CFR § 120.62 under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) in order to comply with applicable export control laws and regulations.
  • Must be able to successfully complete a drug screening in accordance with the Company’s drug testing policy and applicable law.
  • Must be able to successfully complete a criminal background check in accordance with the Company’s screening policy and applicable law.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous automotive or woodworking experience is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Work to close tolerance, blueprints, specifications, sketches and/or special instructions
  • Perform complete set-up and layout of parts per drawing utilizing dimensional, geometric and true position tolerancing
  • Perform mechanical/visual inspection of simple fabricated components
  • Use tools and equipment to manufacture product to print specifications
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, protocols, and industry regulations
  • Other tasks as assigned by Machine Shop Manager and CNC Machinist Lead
