About The Position

Skilled Manufacturing Direct Hire CNC Machinist - 3rd Shift Join a highly skilled team where precision, innovation and craftsmanship come together. As a CNC Machinist II you'll be responsible for producing complex plastic injection molds through CNC programming, machining and setup. This is a hands-on role where you'll bring designs to life, troubleshoot challenges and contribute ideas to improve processes and efficiency. Requirements

3+ years experience in CNC machining.
CNC programming and setup experience is required.
Ability to read and interpret CAD models and blueprints.

Nice To Haves

Work NC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Program, set up and operate CNC machines, mills and lathes to produce precision molds.
Read and interpret 3D CAD models, blueprints and technical data to determine machining requirements.
Write offline CAM programs (Work NC experience preferred.)
Set up machines using fixtures, clamps and overhead cranes for larger components.
Inspect parts with prevision measuring tools and ensure adherence to tight tolerances.
