About The Position

The CNC Machinist is responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machinery to produce precision components that meet strict quality standards. This CNC Machinist role requires strong technical knowledge, blueprint reading skills, and the ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency throughout the machining process. The ideal CNC Machinist has experience setting up and operating CNC equipment, inspecting finished parts, and maintaining production quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Previous CNC machining experience required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of machining tolerances and precision measuring tools
• Experience setting up and operating CNC machines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to troubleshoot minor machining issues
• Commitment to workplace safety and production efficiency

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Technical training or machining certifications are a plus
