CNC Machinist II - C Shift

This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities. We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight. Requirements
- Must be able to work Friday-Sunday 5:00 AM-5:30 PM
- Five (5) years related CNC experience.
- Minimum two (3) years working with super alloys and hardened metals.
- Experience with one or more of the following CNC machines: Waterjet, Brake press
- Working knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens, or other CNC controls
- Excellent blueprint reading skills including GD&T per ASME Y14.5M-1994 standard
- Familiar with the use of personal computers
- Ability to provide Design for Manufacturing feedback
- Must be physically able to climb ladders, and stairs, work in small/restricted areas, and lift and carry 25 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Tooling and fixture design.
- Experience using and creating DXF files
- Conversational programming on the machine
- Experience operating heavy lifting equipment such as cranes and forklifts
