About The Position

Must have experience with Mazak Mills, and Mazatrol Set-up machines, modify the program as necessary, install tool registers and offsets Install Fixtures, make machine control settings, and run first piece sample parts Check parts for dimensions and proper finish against prints Inspect cutting tools for sharpness and continued use Monitor the machine, detect malfunctions and make adjustments as needed to control the process

Requirements

• MUST have Mazak Mill and Mazatrol experience
• Must be familiar with editing and programming in Mazatrol
• High School Diploma or GED Diploma
• Experience in a production manufacturing environment
• Must be self-directed and have the ability to work with minimal supervision
