Drive machining excellence by developing, documenting, and improving CNC processes, tooling, fixtures, and programs (Esprit CAM). Support new product launches through process validation, verification, and creation of complete fabrication data packages. Troubleshoot machining issues, support MRB activities, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Review engineering drawings for manufacturability and cost‑reduction opportunities. Lead programming efforts and contribute to Lean initiatives, including SMED and Poka‑Yoke. Collaborate across shifts to resolve technical and workflow challenges. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards (ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA QSR). Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of machining/manufacturing experience
  • Strong CNC machining background, including setup, tooling, and cycle optimization
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with GD&T (ASME/ISO), SPC, and fixture/tooling design
  • Familiarity with Swiss‑turn and 5‑axis mill/turn equipment
  • Strong communication, documentation, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work overtime as needed
  • Valid driver’s license for frequent company travel

Nice To Haves

  • SAP experience is a plus
