CNC Operators / Machinists / Manufacturing Engineers Shifts: 1st & 2nd Pay: $20–$25/hr (Operators), $25–$29/hr (Setup Machinists), up to $45/hr (CAD/CAM Manufacturing Engineers) Impact: Run CNC machines, complete setups, monitor production, and verify part quality. Schedule options: 1st: 6:00 AM – 3:45 PM | 2nd: 3:45 PM – 2:00 AM Quality Inspector – 1st Shift Pay: $20–$35/hr (higher end for CMM Programming / advanced quality skills) Quality Engineers: $38–$45/hr Core work: Dimensional inspection using calipers, micrometers, gauges, plus documentation. CMM Operator – 2nd Shift Pay: $20–$25/hr + 10% shift differential Core work: Operate CMM to validate tight-tolerance features. Visual Inspector – 1st Shift Pay: $18–$23/hr Core work: Microscope-based visual checks for scratches, coating issues, and debris—ideal for detail-oriented talent.
