CNC Machine Set-Up/Operator

Requirements
- 5+ years CNC machining experience (2+ years CNC setup required).
- Strong G-code and M-code programming skills (Mazatrol a plus).
- Ability to read blueprints and apply GD&T.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
- Relocation to Oneida, NY required before start date.
Nice To Haves
- Aerospace/defense machining experience (AS9100, ITAR) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Set up CNC mills, lathes, and mill-turn machines (tooling, offsets, calibration, program loading).
- Run production jobs, check quality, and adjust for accuracy.
- Move quickly to the next setup, keeping machines productive.
- Read and interpret blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T specs.
- Perform first article inspections and hold tight aerospace tolerances.
- Troubleshoot programs, tooling, and equipment.
- Work with engineering and production teams to improve efficiency.
