We are currently seeking a Experienced CNC Machine Repair Technician to join our team. We are seeking a highly skilled Experienced CNC Machine Repair Technician to perform installation, diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on a wide range of CNC machinery and facility equipment. This journey-level position requires expertise in troubleshooting complex electronic and mechanical issues to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of manufacturing systems. The technician will play a key role in minimizing unplanned production downtime and maintaining a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment and facility systems (electrical, pneumatic, mechanical).
- Strong understanding of control systems, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication skills for working with team members and external vendors.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC repair or industrial maintenance.
Nice To Haves
- Trade School or Associate’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair CNC machinery including mills, lathes, routers, and associated control systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electronic issues involving PLCs, servo motors, drives, and control circuits.
- Perform mechanical repairs including hydraulics, pneumatics, and precision alignments.
- Complete maintenance work orders and document all repairs and inspections accurately.
- Conduct preventative maintenance based on manufacturer schedules and internal protocols.
