Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required
  • A minimum of two (2) years CNC machine shop experience is required
  • Must be able to work 10 hour shifts, 4 days per week, from 6:00am-4:30pm
  • Must have the ability to work 40 hours a week as scheduled and maintain a punctual, reliable attendance record
  • In addition to being able to sit, stand, walk, read, talk, write and hear, to perform the essential functions of this job an individual must be able to perform the following activities: Occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds and regularly stand, reach, and move safely about the facility.
  • This position regularly requires moderate to heavy physical effort.

Nice To Haves

  • Mazatrol experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Will perform machine shop setup, read programming, and operate numerically-controlled machine tools.
  • Use high tech equipment to perform complex machining operations to produce a variety of high quality custom products.
  • Highly skilled in the following tasks - milling, drilling, tapping, deburring and all bench operations and inspections.
  • Must maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion and follow all safety regulations.
  • Perform all preventative maintenance on machines as required.
  • Must be willing to accept and receive frequent supervision and assistance.
