About The Position
The CNC Machine Operator plays a critical role in the durable goods manufacturing process by operating machines to produce high-quality components and products. This position requires a strong attention to detail to ensure that all parts meet exact specifications and quality standards, contributing directly to the efficiency and success of the manufacturing line. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3+ years of experience of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment or the equivalent in CNC certification and training.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

- Certification in CNC operation or machining technology.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software for programming CNC machines.
- Knowledge of durable goods manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

- Operate CNC machinery to manufacture parts according to precise specifications and quality standards.
