Loading, pushing, and securing blocks for cutting while inspecting for defects. Entering the correct CNC program into the control panel based on the order. Using a tape measure, decimals, and fractions for precise cuts. Inspecting finished products to ensure accuracy and quality. Reporting issues to management and helping maintain a safe, efficient workspace. Performing additional duties as directed to support the team.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Prior manufacturing experience preferred (minimum 6 months), but we’ll consider motivated candidates eager to learn.
Ability to read, write, and apply basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals, fractions).
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Willingness to work extended shifts, overtime, or weekends when needed.

Nice To Haves

Experience operating CNC machines or working in fabrication is a plus.
