Loading, pushing, and securing blocks for cutting while inspecting for defects. Entering the correct CNC program into the control panel based on the order. Using a tape measure, decimals, and fractions for precise cuts. Inspecting finished products to ensure accuracy and quality. Reporting issues to management and helping maintain a safe, efficient workspace. Performing additional duties as directed to support the team.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Prior manufacturing experience preferred (minimum 6 months), but we’ll consider motivated candidates eager to learn.
  • Ability to read, write, and apply basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals, fractions).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Willingness to work extended shifts, overtime, or weekends when needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience operating CNC machines or working in fabrication is a plus.
