Job Description: A Machine Operator applies principals for CNC machine operating, tool off-setting- inspect machine parts, deburr parts, accurate data keeping and basic maintenance of equipment.

Requirements

Basic math skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, blueprints and procedure manuals
Strong written and oral communication skills to support business needs in an English speaking environment

Ability to understand how their actions may impact other portions of the business
CNC operating experience

Responsibilities

Operate CNC machine tools, select and use hand tools, deburr parts
Read and comprehend information on blueprints and shop job travelers
Use basic precision measurement tools
Perform basic quality assurance responsibilities for part production
Follow all standardized work procedures and specific instructions given by supervisor
