Optional weekend overtime available, but never mandatory! Innovate with Confidence: Perform dry-runs on new programs, ensuring everything runs smoothly before production. Ensure Quality: Inspect parts meticulously to meet customer prints and specifications. Work Efficiently: Use an overhead hoist or jib crane to safely and efficiently load and unload steel from the machine.
Requirements
- Read and Interpret Customer Prints and Specifications
- Setup and Operate CNC Lathes with Live Tooling
- Handle parts up to 24" in diameter and 125" in length
- Make Offsets and Perform Light Program Editing
- Follow Company Work Orders and Instructions
- Measure Parts with Basic Equipment
- Adaptability
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathes
- Perform dry-runs on new programs
- Inspect parts meticulously to meet customer prints and specifications
- Use an overhead hoist or jib crane to safely and efficiently load and unload steel from the machine
