Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in a machining environment
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with CNC lathes in an industrial manufacturing environment
- A knack for multitasking and staying detail-oriented under pressure
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- A focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- A positive attitude—we like working with people who lift others up!
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Mazak and Mazatrol machines and controllers a plus
Responsibilities
- Setting up CNC lathes or other machines based on blueprint specifications and materials
- Write and edit programs and troubleshooting when things don’t go quite right
- Using inspection tools like calipers, micrometers, or profile projectors to ensure precision
- Adjusting machine settings to meet exact product requirements
