Requirements

3+ years of CNC lathe experience in a job shop environment
Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Self-sufficiency with a strong desire to grow and improve
High school diploma or GED preferred

Nice To Haves

Experience with multi-axis machining or live tooling
Thrive in a high-mix, low-volume environment
Enjoy mentoring others or learning new CAD/CAM and fixturing processes

Responsibilities

Program, set up, and operate Doosan CNC lathes (12-32" chucks) with Fanuc controls
Work on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines in a non-production setting
Collaborate with the team to choose the most efficient machining methods
Ensure accuracy and part quality based on blueprints and specs
Follow 6S and safety protocols to maintain a top-tier work environment
Embrace continuous improvement and innovation in tools, CAD/CAM, and setups
