We are seeking a motivated CNC Apprentice to join our team. This is a hands-on training role designed for individuals looking to build a career in CNC machining. You will learn how to operate, set up, and eventually program CNC machines under the guidance of experienced machinists.

No prior CNC experience is required—but mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are essential.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic math skills (fractions, decimals)
• Mechanical aptitude or interest in manufacturing
• Reliable attendance and work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Trade school coursework or certifications
• Experience with tools, machining, or manufacturing
• Ability to read basic blueprints

Responsibilities

• Assist machinists with setup and operation of CNC machines
• Load/unload parts and monitor machine cycles
• Perform basic inspections of finished parts
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety and quality standards
• Participate in structured training and skill development
