About The Position

Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aide and/or CNA for the Worcester area to assist with our senior clients who are in need of support with Activities of daily living and household support and companionship. Shifts Available: Daily 4-Hour Shifts example: 8am-12pm, 9am-1pm, 10am-2pm ect... 3pm-7pm, 4pm-8pm We also have 4-hour shifts in the following areas: Auburn Holden Grafton Job Description: CNA or HHA would assist with the Activities of Living, personal care CNA or HHA would assist with light housekeeping CNA or HHA would encourage walking, exercising CNA or HHA would encourage stimulating conversation CNA or HHA would assist Activities and exercise according to the Care Plan CNA or HHA would encourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders/Care Plan Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant would competently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner Requirements are as follows: Home Health Aide Certification or CNA Certification 2+Years experience working with your Certification Must be kind, compassionate, reliable, and skilled HHA Must have experience working with Dementia Clean driving record, ability to pass a CORI check Current TB test, QuantiFERON Gold Test, or X-ray Dementia care experience Speak, read, write the English language clearly, and effective communication skills. You must own a cell phone. Requirements

• Home Health Aide Certification or CNA Certification
• 2+Years experience working with your Certification
• Must be kind, compassionate, reliable, and skilled HHA
• Must have experience working with Dementia
• Clean driving record, ability to pass a CORI check
• Current TB test, QuantiFERON Gold Test, or X-ray
• Dementia care experience
• Speak, read, write the English language clearly, and effective communication skills.
