Trinity Oaks HR is hiring CNAs for the 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts. Sign-on Bonus: $2,500 (paid out in increments over the first year of employment) Positions Available: Full-time and part-time positions. Starting Wage: $16/hour up to $23/hour, depending on experience. Weekend Shift Differentials: Applicable for all shifts. Benefits: Health insurance and other benefits are available for teammates working at least 20 hours per week. Shift Availability: First shift (7 am - 3 pm), second shift (3 pm - 11 pm) and third shift (11 pm – 7 am). Flexible scheduling options, including 12-hour shifts, are also offered. Note: Working every other weekend is required for full-time positions. Trinity Oaks HR employees now have access to Daily Pay, an app that allows them to obtain earned wages prior to payday. Position Purpose/Summary: The primary purpose of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is to provide residents, clients, or participants with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the residents’ assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by nursing supervisors.
