About The Position
CNA UNIT MANAGER / SCHEDULER, Generations at Oakton Pavillion, Des Plaines, IL Generations at Oakton Pavillion has an Opening for a CNA Unit Manager/Scheduler. This is a Full Time Role with a Salary of between $50k and $52k, Depending upon Experience. Monday-Friday, Daytime Schedule ~WILL BE ON CALL~ Must be a Current CNA(Certified Nursing Assistant) Scheduling and Supervisory Experience Required We are seeking a candidate who has experience with block scheduling and has used On-Shift or a similar Scheduling Software. Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), currently licensed in the State of Illinois
- Scheduling and supervisory experience in a LTC environment required
- Block scheduling experience and familiarity with On Shift highly desirable
- Knowledge of JCAHO, OBRA, IDPH and HFS regulations
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be able to work well independently
- Must be committed to providing highest quality nursing care for older adults
