About The Position

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides basic nursing care to patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This role supports adult, geriatric, and pediatric patient populations and collaborates closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. Unit selection occurs during interviews prior to the class start to match trainee and team needs. Support and preparation to pass the Montana State CNA exam. Graduates are offered CNA positions in Acute Care, Long Term Care, or Specialty Units. Shift: Variable (United States of America) Schedule: Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including hygiene, mobility, and monitoring
  • Support patients pre- and post-operatively with comfort, safety, and dignity
  • Assist nursing staff with documentation and communication
  • Collaborate with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
