About The Position
Resident will serve as the patient in the bed while test candidates perform basic skills. The resident will be responsible for portraying a resident in a long-term nursing facility and enacting a scenario around a basic CNA skill.
Requirements
- Associate degree
Responsibilities
- Work in a professional manner when interacting with candidates and peers
- Follow the directions of CNA Proctor
- Be comfortable having repeated physical maneuvers performed on self
- Be willing to wear a hospital gown over clothing while being observed by a proctor
- Simulate all aspects of scenarios
- There will be no procedures that involve the use of needles
- Cannot be enrolled in a CNA training program
