About The Position
Our CNA School-to-Work Program is designed for individuals who want to start a rewarding career in healthcare but don’t yet have their CNA certification. We sponsor your CNA education through an approved training program and support you every step of the way—from classroom to clinicals to employment with our team.
Requirements
- Ability to provide High School Diploma, GED, or College Transcripts
- Ability to provide two (2) valid forms of identification
- Willingness to complete CNA training and pass state certification
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to meet health screening requirements; 2 TB Tests – prior to attending school
- Commitment to work with us for 6 months after obtain certification
- Compassion, reliability, and a strong desire to care for others
