About The Position
Our CMA School-to-Work Program is designed for individuals ready to advance their healthcare career into the Medical Assistant role. We sponsor your Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) education through an approved training program and provide a clear transition into a CMA position upon successful completion and certification. This program is intended for experienced CNAs who meet the eligibility requirements below. Requirements
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for at least 6 months to qualify for the CMA program
- Ability to provide High School Diploma, GED, or College Transcripts
- Ability to provide two (2) valid forms of identification
- Willingness to complete CNA training and pass state certification
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to meet health screening requirements; 2 TB Tests – prior to attending school
- Commitment to work with us for 6 months after obtain certification
- Compassion, reliability, and a strong desire to care for others
