Responsibilities

Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services following a written plan of care by a registered nurse
Help adults stay safe and independent at home
Assist clients with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
Provide household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making etc.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding
Assist with range of motion/exercises
Assist with ambulation (Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices)
Provide medication reminders
