About The Position

BAYADA is seeking Certified Nurse Aides (CNA) and Nurse Aides for rewarding work in home care. As a member of the personal care and companionship team, the role involves providing meaningful one-on-one support to clients with activities of daily living. The company is currently recruiting for Home Health Aides (HHA) to serve patients in specific counties within BAYADA’s ACSP Division. Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services following a written plan of care by a registered nurse
  • Help adults stay safe and independent at home
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
  • Provide household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making etc.
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding
  • Assist with range of motion/exercises
  • Assist with ambulation (Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices)
  • Provide medication reminders
