Requirements
- Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test
- Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure
- Active CNA license
- BLS certification
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of care and documentation.
- Exhibit flexibility and the ability to respond calmly and effectively in critical situations.
- Assess and respond appropriately to medical emergencies involving residents or staff, using sound judgment and established protocols.
