Hourly Wage: $21- $22.25 dependent upon date of certification Generous Shift Differentials 2nd shift: $1.50 3rd shift: $2.00 Weekends $2.00 We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as CNAs for the following shift needs: Full -Time 3pm -11pm 30 hours; e/o weekend $1000 retention bonus paid in two equal installments of $500 when hired for this shift Full-Time 7am - 3pm 30 hours; e/o weekend Part -Time 3pm -11pm 22.5 hours; e/o weekend required Part-Time 3pm -11pm 7.5 hours; e/o Sunday Part-Time 7am-3pm 22.5 hours; e/o weekend As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment. Must be a CT State Certified CNA for consideration

Responsibilities

Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
Other duties as needed.
