About The Position

We are a beautiful campus with skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. Facility location: White Oak Estates 400 Webber Road in Spartanburg, SC SHIFT: Fulltime1st shift Monday through Friday 7a-3p 🌡️We welcome a compassionate and motivated CNA Restorative Aide to support residents in maintaining and improving their physical and functional abilities. This role works closely with nursing and therapy teams to promote independence, safety, and quality of life through restorative care programs. Requirements

  • Must be an active listing on the South Carolina CNA registry.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with restorative exercises, ambulation, and transfers as directed by the care plan.
  • Reinforce therapy and care plan goals during daily activities to support residents’ independence.
  • Monitor and document resident progress: promptly report any changes in condition to the nurse.
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting, with respect and dignity.
  • Ensure the safe use of adaptive and assistive equipment for all residents.
  • Follow infection control and safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment for residents.
