We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Restorative Nurse Aide (CNA) to support our residents in achieving their highest level of physical function. Your Impact as a Restorative Nurse Aide In this role, you will: Provide restorative care services, including ROM, ambulation, positioning, transfers, ADLs, prosthetic management, and restorative dining. Carry out care plans and restorative programs under the direction of the DON/ADON and therapy team. Monitor, apply, and maintain positioning devices such as splints, slings, and hand rolls. Complete accurate documentation and charting in a timely manner. Observe and report any physical or behavioral changes in residents to the Charge Nurse. Weigh and document residents monthly as part of routine assessments. Assist in training staff in restorative techniques. Demonstrate professionalism through strong attendance, a positive attitude, and appropriate conduct. What Makes You a Great Fit We’re looking for someone who: Holds an active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification. Has experience in long-term care and restorative nursing practices. Understands safe body mechanics and resident safety protocols. Communicates effectively and works well as part of a team. Is passionate about helping residents improve mobility, independence, and quality of life.
