CNA/ Home Health Aide!
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is actively seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide essential care for adult and geriatric clients within their local communities, specifically in New Castle County. This role offers a chance to engage in meaningful work with the flexibility to create a schedule that suits individual lifestyles. Requirements
- Minimum one year work experience (does not have to be in the HHA field)
- Current CNA license or proof of HHA certificate with 75 hours or more, we can accept out of state license
Responsibilities
- Activities of daily living
- Light housekeeping
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Range of motion / exercises
- Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
- Assisting with ambulation
- Medication reminders
