About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is actively seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide care for adult and geriatric clients within their local communities, specifically in New Castle County. This role offers the opportunity for meaningful work and flexible scheduling to accommodate individual lifestyles.

Requirements

• Minimum one year work experience (does not have to be in the HHA field)
• Current CNA license or proof of HHA certificate with 75 hours or more, we can accept out of state license

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication reminders
