Requirements

• Compassionate, respectful, and dependable individuals
• Ability to communicate clearly (read, write, and speak English)
• Strong time management and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to health and safety standards
• High school diploma preferred
• Reliable transportation & ability to travel within Falmouth and nearby Cape Cod towns 📍

Responsibilities

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment 🧹
• Run errands such as grocery shopping 🛒
• Provide transportation and accompany clients to appointments 🚗
• Remind or assist clients with medications
• Plan and prepare meals with or without client involvement 🍽
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, and daily living needs
• Offer companionship through conversation and engagement 💬
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies
• Report any unusual changes or incidents
