Travel throughout Falmouth and nearby Cape communities is required-you'll be supporting clients where they feel most comfortable: in their own homes. Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and daily hygiene
- Support safe mobility and transfers
- Prepare simple, healthy meals š²
- Help with errands like grocery shopping š
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe home
- Provide companionship and meaningful conversation š¬
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Respond calmly and responsibly in urgent situations
