Assisting Hands is hiring CNA and HHA caregivers to provide one-on-one, in-home care to clients throughout Jacksonville and surrounding areas. Requirements
- Valid Florida CNA license or HHA certificate
- Successful completion of a Level II Background Screening
- Classroom CPR certification
- Florida-required training, including: HIV/AIDS Alzheimer’s and Related Dementias Assisting With Self-Administration of Medication
- Reliable transportation to client locations
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, professional approach
- Ability to adapt to different clients and home environments
Nice To Haves
- Comfort with pets preferred but not required, since many clients have animals in their home
