SHIFT: Window hours 7 AM to 7 PM - Monday to Friday and alternating weekends

Requirements

Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in home care or a related healthcare setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and families.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare practices.
Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings as required.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care services to clients in their homes, ensuring comfort and safety.
Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
Monitor and document client health and progress, reporting any changes to the care team.
Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
Administer medications and assist with medical equipment as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients at all times.
Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families to enhance their well-being.
Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
