Requirements

Are a CNA or HHA with current certification
Have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
Maintain a clean driving record
Have a smartphone and active email
Understand the importance of dignity, ethics, and confidentiality
Are dependable and show up ready to serve
Applicants must be willing to complete all required background screenings and employment documentation.

Responsibilities

Providing dependable companionship and emotional support
Assisting with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Preparing meals and light housekeeping
Medication reminders and safety monitoring
Transportation to appointments and activities
Following an individualized plan of care
Communicating updates with our team and the client’s family
