Requirements
- 2+ years in acute care, rehab, or long-term care
- Experience with medium to high-acuity clients
- Certified in BLS/CPR (AHA or Red Cross)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Skilled in ADLs: bathing, feeding, toileting, mobility, hygiene
- Comfortable using assistive devices (wheelchairs, shower chairs, etc.)
- Reliable, team-oriented, and compassionate
- Able to pass a Level 2 Background Screening
- Check ACHA As required by House Bill 531 (2025), the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse has launched a new Education and Awareness website.

- Experience with intellectual disabilities or mental illness a plus
