About The Position
Description CNA - CVU at Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center in Tarzana, CA. This position is Full-Time and will work 12-hour Day shifts Reporting to the Nurse Manager, with direction from the Registered Nurse &/or LVN, this position is responsible for providing high quality, individualized basic care activities. Requirements
- Coursework/Training and Completion of Nursing Assistant course
- California Nursing Assistant Certification License Upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire
