Shift/Schedule: We are currently seeking experienced CNA/Caregivers who wish to work at our partner independent living community located in O'Fallon, MO. There are two week day evening shifts, Wednesdays & Fridays and day/evening shifts on Saturdays/Sundays. Job Duties: Job duties include but are not limited to: Assisting with mobility, bathing, dressing and other personal hygiene Light housekeeping, laundry, bed linen changes and meal preparation Medication reminders Client errands and companionship CNA / Caregiver Pay and Perks: Paid Time Off Weekly Pay Flexible Schedule On the job paid training Supportive & friendly staff Opportunity for advancement Work Environment: CNAs/Caregivers work in client homes/apartments that are located on the Assisted or independent living community grounds. Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Must have valid Driver's License, your own reliable transportation and vehicle insurance Must have at least one year of professional CNA/caregiver experience preferably with the geriatric population Must possess moderate computer skills, including word processing and data entry Must be a self-starter able to work with minimal supervision Must be a “team player” dedicated to providing a high level of customer service, with a positive attitude Must be able to communicate effectively and possess well-developed interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills Must maintain required yearly training/education as mandated by agency Must have experience in clear and concise care plan documenting. Physical Demands: Ability to participate in physical activity; Ability to work for extended period of time while standing and being involved in physical activity; Moderate lifting, 20-40 pounds Ability to do extensive bending, lifting and standing on a regular basis.

Requirements
