The team supports all CMSO resources with primary focus on Career Pathing & Development, Training, and New Hire Engagement. We supply a competitive advantage for CMSO by providing clear, efficient processes and programs designed to attract, enable, develop, and retain CMSO employees. The CMSO Global Training & Development Intern role will assist the CMSO Global Training & Development team member through the following tasks:

Requirements

  • College student returning to school in the fall
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Must be prompt and reliable
  • Must possess integrity and honesty
  • Must possess a high degree of patience and empathy for others
  • Must be flexible
  • All Candidates must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree program in a related field of study.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
  • Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Co-facilitate workshops and training sessions that empower non-technical teams to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) for increased productivity and creativity
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex machine learning concepts into accessible, bite-sized training content for the wider organization
  • Analyze user feedback and adoption metrics to help refine our internal AI curriculum and ensure our training initiatives meet evolving business needs
  • Auditing of all existing learning paths in the Learning Experience tool (LXP)
  • Assist in the maintenance of 12+ BatChat pages (internal websites)
  • Peakon Employee Survey Data Mining
  • Assist in the administration of a the Career Path Tool to be implemented in 2026
  • Training course outlining based on content provided by subject matter experts (SMEs)
  • Ad Hoc reporting and assistance as needed by the team
