About The Position

Set ambitious performance targets, communicate goals clearly, and drive fab optimization for output, yield, cost, and quality. Validate capacity and support tool installations, modifications, and relocations in partnership with Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering. Serve as a key technical resource across Manufacturing, Quality, Process Integration, Technology Development, and global 300 mm engineering teams. Present complex topics to broad audiences, work closely with the People organization, and maintain succession plans for key roles. Lead teams by setting and achieving short‑ and long‑term goals, solving complex problems, and driving critical projects. Apply strong manufacturing knowledge, technical communication, and organizational skills to ensure operational excellence. Use data analysis, problem‑solving, and root‑cause methodologies to support sound decision‑making and risk mitigation. Build strong cross‑functional relationships while coaching and mentoring team members for career growth. Seek feedback, evaluate outcomes, and continuously improve processes and team performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of industry experience working as Equipment Owner within CMP Process
  • Bachelors or higher in a science-related field is required
  • 5 years direct CMP semiconductor experience
  • Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training purposes
