About The Position

We are seeking a CMO Manager to oversee and optimize the performance of our Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) responsible for kitting, assembly, packaging, and distribution. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, cost effectiveness, and operational excellence across our external manufacturing and fulfillment network.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing CMOs, 3PLs, manufacturing, or distribution partners.
• Strong vendor-management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft / G-suite experience required (Excel, Powerpoint, etc..)

Nice To Haves

• Experience in kitting, packaging, or assembly operations preferred.
• Familiarity with quality systems (e.g., ISO, GMP) a plus.
• ERP/WMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with kitting and distribution CMOs.
• Monitor CMO performance, KPIs, capacity, and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate production schedules, material availability, and fulfillment activities.
• Partner with Quality, Planning, and Logistics teams to resolve issues.
• Support new product launches, configuration updates, and process changes.
• Identify cost savings and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
