This person's responsibilities include all activities and system functions in the CMMS program, ensuring effective utilization following T5 and the customer's overall guidelines.

Requirements

  • Relevant education in engineering or a related field.
  • Experience with technical support and CMMS administration preferred.
  • Good understanding of preventive maintenance practices and operation in a critical environment.
  • Knowledge of CMMS platforms (e.g., AssetEssentials, Maximo, SAP PM, etc.) and related software applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in teams in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to all CMMS users, including planning all preventive maintenance activities (PM) performed by suppliers or internally.
  • Act as the secondary point of contact and expert on CMMS-related issues.
  • Collaborate closely with the customer's Global CMMS Support team regarding CMMS's ongoing operation and development.
  • Collect feedback from users to identify areas for improvement of CMMS tools.
  • Assist in communicating changes in CMMS processes, procedures, or system configurations to users to ensure compliance with operational requirements.
  • Coordinate with site management to align PM and Non-PM plans.
  • Manage user access in CMMS.
  • Update and maintain CMMS to ensure compliance with the customer's CMMS standards.
