Responsibilities Complete Building Services is seeking a CMMS Specialist to support and manage a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), including asset, work order, and inventory functions. This position is contingent upon contract award

Requirements

  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience using a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) CMMS, preferably IBM Maximo.
  • Knowledge of user functions, asset management, work orders, and inventory management.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a NACI background check .

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the CMMS (IBM Maximo or similar COTS system).
  • Manage asset, work order, and inventory data.
  • Support users with CMMS functions and basic training.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of system data.
  • Generate basic reports as needed.
