About The Position

We are currently hiring a CMMS Data Intern in our Breinigsville PA Brewery. This
is a 10-week summer internship running from June 1, 2026 - August 7, 2026.

The CMMS Data Intern will support the site’s CMMS transition by assisting with
asset data cleansing, validation, and standardization in Maximo. This role is
data-focused and critical to ensuring accurate asset information that supports
planning, reliability, and maintenance execution.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data organization tools.
• Ability to learn and navigate CMMS platforms (Maximo experience a plus, not required).
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Clean, validate, and standardize asset hierarchy, preventive maintenance, and bill of material data within Maximo.
• Review legacy work orders, PMs, and spare parts data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Partner with planners, storeroom, and reliability teams to align data with operational needs.
• Support Project Wrench initiatives related to CMMS design, data integrity, and implementation readiness.
• Document data standards and improvement opportunities to support long-term system sustainability.
