About The Position

Kinetik employees have decades of experience in West Texas and provide all the important services customers need to deliver gas and crude oil production to market. The CMMS Coordinator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), specifically Maximo (version 9.1.8). This role ensures data integrity, supports operational efficiency, and collaborates cross-functionally to manage assets, work orders, and system performance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Maximo (frontend administration preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and perform well; consistently deliver results in dynamic and high-demand setting.
  • Strong attention to details with commitment to data accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and follow established processes and procedures.
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver license.

Responsibilities

  • Perform the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the CMMs system.
  • Create, update, and deactivate user accounts as needed.
  • Manage and maintain system data, including locations and asset records.
  • Partner with department supervisors to onboard and update new or relocated assets.
  • Track and update asset movement within the system to reflect field changes.
  • Develop, update and maintain job plans.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to create new job plans and refine existing ones.
  • Create and modify Preventive Maintenance (PM) records and work orders.
  • Audit and correct system data, including meter readings and discrepancies.
  • Generate and analyze reports to support KPI tracking and operational insights.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IBM support for resolution as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
